Ingredients:
- One 16 oz box of spaghetti
- Two 5 oz cans of tuna
- One yellow onion
- One stalk of Celery
- Olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
Directions:
- Cook spaghetti to al dente in salted water, drain, toss with olive oil, and set aside
- Fine mince celery and place in mixing bowl
- Dice onion and cook in pan until sweated (around 5 minutes) the set aside
- Open can of tuna and drain
- In a bowl mix tuna, celery, onions, salt, and pepper. (olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste)
- Toss cooked spaghetti with the tuna and serve
