Ingredients:
- 2 Chinese eggplants
- 2 red or yellow onions
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch to thicken
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- Honey for sweetness optional
Directions:
- Chop vegetables to even sizes
- Mix stir fry sauce
- Cook vegetables in oil on wok or pan until fully cooked
- Pour stir fry sauce over vegetables and cook briefly (soy sauce will burn)
- Serve
