- One 15 oz can of black beans
- One 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
- One 15 oz can of corn
- One 15 oz green beans
- 2 oz Olive oil
- Salt
Directions
- Open and drain all cans
- Mix in bowl and add olive oil
- Salt to taste

- Pepper
Directions:
- Halve brussels sprouts
- In bowl toss with oil, salt, and pepper
- Place on baking sheet and bake in 350-degree oven for 25 minutes
