Eric has always been a lazy yogi. Oftentimes, they struggle to remain fully focused during hour, or even half hour classes. For this reason, they found it helpful to break their practice up into smaller, more manageable segments. These periodic bursts of yoga help Eric more peacefully navigate their day, whether it’s a couple of sun salutations at lunchtime or a crescent lunge when their hips start to tighten up.
